- Shoot pictures at the highest resolution. Include multiples. Make it easy for us to include you.

- Make it POP! Get creative!
- Even better, get your kids in on the action!
- Make a video of yourself giving a shout-out to someone you want to cheer up
- Keep it short, but FUN and high energy!
- Send us the video code or url.
- Finally, once the video is posted on CHEERUPNATION, send the link and surprise your friends!
We receive many submissions, so if you don’t see yours, be patient. Otherwise, send more. Our rule: We post what we think you’ll enjoy most!
Finally, by submitting your photos or videos you agree to the standard legal submission agreement. Basically, you still own your photo/video, but you’re letting us use it.
